Whether you’re rethinking a room, choosing finishes, planning furniture layouts, or considering a few thoughtful updates, I bring more than 20 years of design and planning experience to help you see the possibilities and make confident decisions.
Good design isn’t about following every trend or making your home look like everyone else’s. It’s about creating spaces that reflect your style, suit your life, and make sense for your budget.
And sometimes, the biggest difference comes from the smallest change.
A fresh eye. A little thinking time.
A design consultation starts with a conversation, a look around your space and an understanding of how you want it to feel and function. With your permission, I’ll take photos so I can revisit the details thoughtfully after our visit.
Sometimes a paint colour or furniture layout comes together while we’re talking. Other ideas benefit from a little time to consider the space, connect the dots and work through the options after I leave. You don’t need every answer on the spot for the visit to be valuable.
We’ll agree before booking on what’s included, how and when I’ll follow up, and whether that means recommendations, a plan for next steps or a written summary. A formal report or detailed design plan is included only where we’ve agreed it as part of your service.

When you can’t be there, I can.
You don’t always need to manage every detail yourself. Sometimes you need someone you trust to be there, understand what matters and follow through.
Home concierge provides a personal, local point of contact for your home. Whether you’re travelling, balancing a full schedule or managing an Okanagan property from elsewhere, I help coordinate the people, access and practical details that need attention.
Need someone local to handle the keys and codes? We can agree on an authorized access plan, including secure handling of your keys, lockbox details and entry codes, and arrangements for welcoming approved trades or suppliers for scheduled appointments. You’ll know who is expected, who is authorized and what has been arranged.
From a single assignment to ongoing support, we’ll shape the service around your home and the responsibilities you’d like to hand over.

I provide scheduled visual home checks and documented updates, giving you a clearer picture of your property while you’re elsewhere. Each visit follows an agreed checklist tailored to your home, with observations recorded and concerns communicated through an established process.
If something needs attention, I can help coordinate authorized next steps. You have someone local who knows the assignment and keeps you informed.

Visit frequency and documentation are agreed with you, taking account of requirements you confirm with your insurer. Home checks are visual observations and do not guarantee insurance coverage or prevent damage. They do not include continuous monitoring or emergency response. Key handling, access and escalation arrangements are established before service begins.

Monthly or seasonal plans can be tailored for recurring home concierge tasks and scheduled home checks. We’ll agree on the services, visit schedule and pricing before getting started.
Can you coordinate things while I’m away?
Yes. With your authorization, I can coordinate agreed appointments, contractor access and home tasks while you’re away. We’ll establish responsibilities, spending authority and how you’d like to receive updates.
How is pricing determined?
Your quote is based on the assignment, including the scope, property, location and frequency of support. Agreed travel costs and any additional services will be clearly identified before work begins.
Do you offer a client referral credit?
Yes—good people know good people! If you’re a Home Work OKGN client and someone you refer purchases a service, I’ll thank you with a credit toward your own future Home Work OKGN services. The credit varies depending on the service they purchase, and I’ll confirm the amount and how it can be used with you directly.
